In response to the concept, the architectural massing design of the Treetops condominium tower is courtyard shaped and 12 floors offering units sea views, mountain views and private internal court views. The Treetops Sales office concept design follows the building concept and is conceived as a garden building with a small inner courtyard. The two functional elements are massed as two separate volumes of different heights at each end of the inner court. Arrival is through a stone and garden terrace facing the sea. Cladding the light steel frame is a garden façade of horizontal steel blades, compositional regular and rhythmically spaced like venetian blinds or Japanese screening, they hold and define tropical plants cascading from the roof and growing from the ground level. The gallery spaces and sales gallery are of sustainable timber walls, concrete floors and insulated glass panels. The second floor garden terrace offer buyers an opportunity to experience the sea view.
