The Southpoint Sales office design is inspired by the neighborhood scale of Kaesetsin, the garden spaces and conceived simply as a courtyard plan with the three functional elements massed as three separate volumes placed clockwise around the central court. Residential scaled and single story in volume, each mass is different in height creating a terraced massing simulating the terraced massing of the condominium tower. The gallery spaces and sales gallery at opposite ends of the courtyard are timber lined and decorated with Richard Diebekorn inspired artworks of sea blues, beiges and geometrically ruled lines of color. The courtyard is black stone lined and decorated with large terrazzo sculptures. The exterior cladding is aluminum panel and insulated glass windows. Roof gardens offer buyers an opportunity to experience the sea view.
