The Lavasa located near the Dasve town center. The site is not urban and the Lavasa development is seen as a resort destination, therefore, a more resort layout and planning layout has been implemented. Given the site’s steep terrain and spectacular view, this necessitated a staggered stacking room layout versus the typical urban, vertical stacked arrangement.
The conceptual master plan and architecture seeks to capture the scale, architectural character and detail of the Dasve town center in a unique and modern interpretation. The architecture is inspired by and responds to the site, essentially the view to the reservoir and the surrounding mountains.
