The proposed 78 unit Oakwood Service Apartment is located in the fashionable and vibrant Thonglor / Sukhumvit area of Bangkok. Our development concept and strategy seeks to fuse the prestigious Oakwood Brand with a ‘tropical contemporary’ and modern Bangkok.
Thailand is world renowned for it’s hospitality and Bangkok has emerged as a center of fashion, design and contemporary styling unique to this climate and culture. Oakwood Service Apartments are renowned worldwide for their prestigious and highly recognized brand of service apartments. As Oakwood creates an international standard within a regional market, we seek a regionally inspired architectural style inspired by climate and the contemporary modern Thai styling blended with an International contemporary modern style of architecture. STLYE: Our exterior design is inspired by the climate and a re-interpretation of the residential apartment buildings designed thirty years ago in the Sukhumvit area. Strong horizontal lines created by deep, landscaped and continuous balconies become a ‘Tropical Japanese Style’ which will be unique in Bangkok market.
